So as you know the pictures I took recently with Devin when she is dressed to look like Beyonce, I didn't have all the lights I needed. Before my grandfathers funeral on tuesday i rented some lights from school and was able to get my hands on four lights this time. I choose to have my little brother model for me since he is getting into body building, and play as the subject "B" as what is required for the homework. I don't see my father a lot so I told him to jump in on some images.

In my Lighting class homework was to use four lights and have a subject "B". Well I got my subject "B", my friend dressed up to look like Beyoncé. The lights well, when I went to go rent lights there were only two lights instead of four. I did the best I could with what I had that day. I had to still shoot since I told my friend we were gonna shoot so here is the overall out come of the day. I am pretty happy with the pictures, always think POSITIVE!

Well yesterday I was taking pictures with my camera with a magnifying filter on my lens to get a macro effect. After taking some shots of water drops on plants and flowers I came across a spider in my garage and decided do a little more investigation into the spider since he came out so cool.

Probably my best shoot so far. A photo shoot i did with my friend heather who is a fellow graphic design at my school. We both wanted to do a new photo shoot something for summer. early in the day i went surfing then I met up with heather and reliised i forgot my reflector. So we went back to my place to pick it up, but it turns out I didn't really need it because the sun started to come out. so i used the strobes and the 50D I rented from my school. This was my second time using the dyna strobe lights. The first time i didnt really know what I was doing, This time i had a little more knowledge bout the lights. i placed them in the places i thought would work best with the third light being the sun to light her hair up. For the most part it worked well which I was stoked on. heather works as a nanny for the people that own the house we used for the shoot. The place of the house is insane it's in Corona Del Mar, and has an awesome view of the ocean and right on the cliff.

Yes so glad the Doctor gave me the green light to surf again after rupturing my ear drum 6 weeks ago. I was a big dampener in my summer and passion for water. Iv been hereing that iv been getting a lot better by people around and not even near me, but on islands far from me now that makes me fell all good that people think so! BIA Competition at Goldenwest in Huntington Beach

This last Saturday the 17th in Huntington Beach California on Pacific Coast Highway and Goldenwest the Bodyboarder International Association (BIA) was held. Luckily we had the beginning of an upcoming swell due next week it started to show its face on Saturday which was sweet, because the past week we have had a dry spell. I was asked by a few people if I was going to attend the event and take pictures. I haven't been in the water due to my ruptured eardrum which is healing well so far. So I went with Jeremy Wright one of my good bodyboarding buddies who is awesome always with a smile on his face. He came out to this BIA as all of the other BIA contest to show his support for the other bodyboarders, and he had me film him and others at the competition as well I also took pictures. Tho I did leave early because I didn't really like the way the waves looked, but I did make the best of it got some good shots.

My trip to Catalina island was a blast probably one of my best vacations ever, despite the fact i couldn't dive in the water because of my eardrum that temprarly has a whole in it.
